We want you to love your style, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all Pomade products that are unused and in their original packaging. If your selection isn’t quite right, we’ve made the exchange and return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
